To be an outstanding center for community empowerment and environmental sustainability, where women, youth, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable populations thrive in dignity and prosperity.

To develop, promote, and strengthen participatory community initiatives that advance sustainable development in modern agriculture, health, education, social inclusion, and environmental management empowering women, youth, persons with disabilities, and orphans to achieve socio-economic independence and resilient livelihoods.

Who We Are
Women in Modern Agriculture (WIMA) is an independent Kenyan Community-Based Organization established in 2010 to promote sustainable development through women’s empowerment. We are registered under the Ministry of Labour, Social Security, and Services and headquartered in Rarieda Sub-County, Siaya County.
